The easily portable Tascam DP-008 eight-track recorder (see larger image).

You can use built-in microphones to grab ideas, plug condenser mics into the XLR inputs or plug a guitar directly in to lay tracks. There's even a metronome and chromatic tuner built-in for tight-sounding tracks. The DP-008 also allows you to digitally bounce tracks to make room for more, and touches like editing and undo make recording stress-free.

Each track on the DP-008 has its own row of knobs for level, pan and effects, just like Tascam's classic cassette Portastudios of the past. The effects knob sends to a built-in stereo reverb processor with hall, room, stage and other effects. Each track also has EQ to tailor the sound for your mix. When your song is complete, mix it to a dedicated stereo track while riding levels and flipping pan as much as you want. You can export your mix, or even individual tracks, as a WAV file.

Computers can often not be excluded from one such category. After a long usage of computers when the time comes for disposal we just throw it away Which do nothing excellent to environment except as a non biodegradable waste. These non degradable wastes add in to the woe of climate changes. Here we need green computing that's environment friendly. Green computing is all about the efficient access to computers and computing. The entire concept is to create computers friendlier into the environment, economy and society. Earlier computers seem to be made considering the economic viability to the buyer. But in green computing manufacturers must consider the social responsibility and at the same time the impact of these environment apart from the financial viability prior to produce computers. This way a computer would be disposable or recycled after It is used for any specific time period. The concept would be to convert the use, creation and end of computers much more eco friendly from one beginning to end. Yet another aspect of green computing is how we use it And this determines the amount of energy we part with on it. many a time we leave the monitor or computer with no turning it off. The result is we end up in making use of additional energy And also this we can often save if turn it off when It's not in use.

For green computing the need is to make efficient systems those will implement all factors And this would be environment friendly. It would be accomplished if the hardwares life is extended, its Maintenance price reduced and recycling of those waste computer simpler than it is earlier. This can have small impact about the environment in a negative way that's the basic goal of the green computing. as a result of global warming and consumer awareness PC manufacturers giving importance to this aspect of computer manufacture. These eco-friendly computers would use much less electricity and are made of recycled steel, aluminum or plastic. The screen and key boards could at the same time be made of such recycled substances. The emission of the hazardous gas can often then be stopped by using such eco-friendly computers And also this also looks being a fashionable.
